Dec. 1 work party: Wood-cutting at Hoppesses

This is Suzanne from Ozarks Neighborly Exchange.  We will again cut some wood for the Hoppeses tomorrow, Saturday,  Dec. 1.  Bring chainsaws, splitters, loppers, wedges -- anything you think would help.  Be sure to dress appropriately, including eye and ear protection, gloves and whatever you need for the weather.  Hours are 8 a.m. to lunch, which will be potluck.  I'm not going to recite the directions -- they're better read, and if you've never been there before, you might want to print them out.  I'm including them with this message on the Forum under Telephone Messenger.  Hope to see you there.

Directions to Hoppeses:  Take P highway; continue onto the gravel and into Arkansas.  The road jogs to the left.  A short distance past this, at an intersection on the right, you will see a large rock painted red; take this right and go up a steep hill.  Take the first drive on the left;  follow the road to the end, which is at Hoppeses place.  The road is quite rough; low vehicles are not recommended.
