Continuing Sorghum Saga

We cooked till dark yesterday. Went very well. A lot of juice with very low sugar content, so lots of cooking and a low volume of syrup.

We will be pressing juice this Friday, and cooking Saturday, Sunday and continue on Monday and Tuesday if necessary. We have to be done no later then Tuesday. Woodpecker will be getting ready for deer season.
